Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on global.lipocube.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

    All orders are shipped via DHL or another carrier selected by us when necessary.

  2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

    We ship internationally to eligible countries/regions. If shipping to your location is not available, the Website will notify you during checkout or you may contact us at info@lipocube.com.

  3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary due to stock availability, public holidays, high order volume, or operational reasons.

  4. DELIVERY TIMES

    Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout; however, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

  5. SHIPPING FEES

    Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown during checkout prior to payment. Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, package weight, and service level.

  6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

    International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer/buyer). We do not control these charges and cannot estimate the amount.

    If the recipient refuses to pay customs fees or does not complete required customs procedures, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  8. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

    If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@lipocube.com and provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the product. We will review the case and assist according to the carrier claim process where applicable.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL or customs authorities.
